WHAT DOES YOUR CHILD LEARN AT SMART KIDS ROBOTICS?

Our Robotics curriculum focuses on teaching our students Programming, Structural Building & Design and Electronic

Circuits in a hands-on, step-by-step approach.  All Robotics courses follow a structured curriculum with WEEKLY CHALLENGES

designed to promote critical thinking and experiential learning. The curriculum begins with teaching coding / programming using top-of-the-line Lenovo Laptops then moves into STEM-based lesson and then new robots and relationary challenges are introduced in every course to keep students HIGHLY engaged and excited to learn important STEM skills.  The GOAL is to build confidence, self-esteem, presentation and creative problem-solving skills in our young students while having fun learning!

Smart Kids Robotics continues to grow every day thanks to our clients’ confidence in us. We teach kids robotics, coding, AI (Artificial Intelligence) and technologies coupled with STEM-based lessons.

BENEFITS OF LEARNING CODING & ROBOTICS

  • STEM Skill Development:
Robotics and Coding promote the development of crucial STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) skills. Children learn to apply mathematical and scientific concepts in practical, hands-on ways.

    Problem-Solving Skills:
Building and programming robots require problem-solving skills. Kids learn to identify issues, test solutions, and iterate until they achieve their goals, enhancing their critical thinking abilities.

    Creativity and Innovation:
Robotics fosters creativity as children design, build, and customize their robots. They can think outside the box, experiment with new ideas, and innovate to create unique solutions.

    Coding Proficiency:
Learning to code robots introduces kids to programming languages and logic, which are valuable skills in today’s technology-driven world. It helps them understand how software controls hardware.

    Teamwork and Collaboration:
Many robotics projects involve teamwork, where children work together to solve complex challenges. This teaches them valuable collaboration and communication skills.

    Persistence and Resilience:
Robotics projects often require perseverance. Kids learn to handle failures and setbacks, developing resilience and a growth mindset in the process.

    Real-World Application:
Robotics bridges the gap between theory and practice. Children can see how concepts they learn in school are applied in real-world scenarios, making learning more engaging and relevant.

    Career Preparation:
Exposure to robotics and coding can inspire children to pursue careers in STEM fields, such as engineering or computer science. Early familiarity with these skills can provide a competitive advantage later in life.
